Over the past decade, I have helped and supported many hundreds of people facing difficulties and challenges in their lives around a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss of confidence, low self-esteem, relationships, caregiving, domestic abuse, addiction, changing habits, weight management, and smoking cessation. This was a great privilege to work so closely with and hear about the different circumstances that individuals were faced with.
At the foundation of each success was a relationship that was based on acceptance and support, regardless of what the person would say or might have done in the past. Similarly, my aim will always be to recreate this judgement free environment within your sessions. Working collaboratively, we will determine precisely what it is you want to change in your life and how you want to go about achieving those changes.
