I’ve always known that I wanted to work with people and make a direct impact on someone’s daily life and, ever since a young age, I have looked for what would give me that sense of fullfillment. Following a conversation with a friend (who had recently qualified as a hypnotherapist) it became clear to me that I had finally found what I was looking for.
I soon began studying the art and techniques of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy under the supervision of Andrew Parr (see links), a leading Harley Street professional hypnotherapist with over 20 years experience. During this training a million lightbulbs went off in my head allowing me to improve not only my life but the life of others.
It was during my training that my own irrational 20-year fear of mushrooms (yes, I did say mushrooms) was finally put to rest, in just 20 minutes. It was in this moment that I knew that I 100% wanted other people to benefit from the feeling of freedom that I felt. The thought that I could assist someone to find that release was totally mind-blowing.
In my practice I use a mixture of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy techniques, as well as elements of Cognative Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Life Skills Coaching.
I consider it a privilege to work with every client and won’t take credit for ‘making you better’. Instead, together we will facilitate a process that allows for your own self-mastery and enables you to gain insight and change your life forever.
